Wonderful reclaimed oak bookcase mantel with cabinets, dating from the early 1900s. Salvaged from York, PA, this mantel features upper cabinetry consisting of two doors with glass panes. Supporting the cabinets are three understated corbels, perched above a recessed back panel and shallow mantel shelf. The mantel legs are understated with strong, clean lines. This mantel is in very good antique condition with the expected wear, as pictured; It measures approx. 48-1/8” wide, 72-1/4" tall, and 9-5/8” deep; the firebox opening is approx. 35-1/2” wide and 38” tall.
