A delightful antique slate mantel with its original faux finish, circa 1890, and salvaged from a home in Philadelphia, PA. The mantel features geometric detailing and faux marbling in a beautiful and variegated amber hue. The mantel is in very good antique condition, with some minor paint loss and a few small chips (as pictured.) The mantel measures 60-1/4” wide, 44-1/4” tall, and its shelf projects 11”; the firebox opening is 35-3/8” wide and 30” tall.
