A breathtaking antique six-light leaded glass inverted dome chandelier, dating from the early 1900s, and found in a home in Boston, MA. The fixture begins with a sleek canopy atop a four-pronged cluster. Four chains descend from each prong to hold the circular body below. The beautifully cast, bronze body features a crown of palmettes atop a band of roundels flanked with volutes and foliates; the fixture’s stained glass shade nests within the bronze ring. The domed shade features an understated and geometric design composed of opaline ribbed glass; a band of faceted opalescent jewels and leaves embellishes the bottom of the shade. The pendant has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. It measures 21" wide, 52" tall, and 42-1/4” long overall.
