A charming antique wrought iron pendant light, originally gas, and now completely wired for electricity. Dating from the 1890s, the pendant begins with a curving iron framework which encircles and affixes to the square lantern body within. The lantern features a linear framework backed with four panels of leaded and stained glass; the panels are composed of amber slag and granite glass in a simple, geometric design. This pendant is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edges. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The lantern measures 7-1/8” wide, 25-3/8” tall, and 36” tall overall.
