A charming antique Art Deco chandelier in iron, dating from the early 1900s, and found in a home in Asheville, NC. The chandelier begins with a gadrooned canopy, coming down in chain to an oversized finial with playful, curving details. The finial perches above the petite chandelier body; the underside of which is ornamented with a curvilinear design adorned with stylized petals and leaves. Two downward facing bobeches affix to the bottom of the chandelier body, each holding an exposed bulb. This light fixture is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 14-1/2" long, 6-3/8” wide, and 11-3/8" tall (without the bulbs;) the fixture is 19-1/2" long overall.
