An unusual antique five-light Tudor chandelier, dating from the early 1900’s, and found in a home in Memphis, TN. The Tudor chandelier begins with an arched loop finial atop a trumpet-shaped platform; five bands descend below the platform to support the ring-shaped body below; the wide ring is ornamented with a faux-hammered finish and recessed diamond details in a seeded texture. The fixture’s arms extend from stylized spades which surround the perimeter of the ring; the arms support unusual and complementary downward facing bobeches. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 16-3/4” wide and 10-1/8” tall, and the fixture is 21” long overall (without the bulbs.)
