A striking antique six-light Spanish Revival chandelier with figural details, dating from the early 1900's, and found in a home in Nashville, TN. The iron chandelier begins with an understated canopy, descending in chain to meet the brass loop finial below. A cluster of six, scrolling iron bands descend to form the chandelier body and affix to the lower ring. The ring is crowned with panels featuring a scrolling motif of vines and leaves; lions in a rearing stance ornament the center of each panel. Bracket-style arms extend between each panel to hold crenellated bobeches finished with stylized acorn finials. The chandelier finishes in a complementary acorn finial. The light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 34-3/4" wide and 22-1/2" tall, and the fixture is 47-1/2" long overall. This fixture requires a custom shipping quote, please contact us if you’re interested.
