A handsome antique Arts & Crafts chandelier in brass, found in a home in Indianapolis, IN, and dating from the early 1900's. The chandelier begins with an understated canopy accented with four pyramid studs, descending in chain to meet a loop finial atop a bell-shaped section. A cluster of substantial brass bands descend to form the chandelier body below; each band is crowned with a stylized leaf. Four foliate embellished arms extend below the body to hold downward facing bobeches with pie-crust edges and pyramid stud accents; each bobeche supports a frosted shade. This light fixture is in very good condition and the shades are also in good condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19" wide, 21-1/2” tall, and 34-3/4" tall.
