A fabulous antique Art Deco flush mount with an unusual glass shade, dating from the early 1900's. The fixture features a darkened fitter which affixes to the clear ribbed neck of the original glass shade. The cylindrical shade features a band of grooved stripes around its perimeter; its underside has a projecting dome surrounded by clear ribbed concentric circles. The shade has a lovely, lavender-tinged white hue. This flush mount is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edge. It has been professionally rewired and come with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The light measures 8-1/2” wide by 12-1/4" tall.
