This is a wonderful antique Art Deco five-light chandelier, dating from the 1930’s, with its original sit-in or “pudding-bowl” shades. The chandelier begins with an understated canopy; coming down in chain to meet a streamlined, and oversized loop finial atop trumpet-shaped platform. Five arms connected by a floral-like ring extend from the bottom of the platform, each ending in a bright, nickel shade holder. Each shade holder supports a delightful “custard” shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and the shades are in good antique condition with the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The light fixture measures 19-3/4” wide, 14-1/4” tall (body only), and 24-3/4” long overall.
