An amazing antique five-light Spanish Revival semi-flush mount chandelier with shield details, dating from the early 1900’s. The chandelier begins with a leafy canopy, coming down in a twisted rod to meet the chandelier body below. A cluster of five crest-ornamented bands descend from the rod to form the upper body and affix to a volute ring; five downward-facing bobeches suspend from the ring, each supporting an exposed bulb. The underside of the fixture features a faux-hammered texture, thick volutes, stylized foliates, and roped detail; finishing in a dangling foliate finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19" wide and the fixture is 21-1/2" long overall.
