A striking antique six-light Art Deco cast iron chandelier, dating from the 1930’s and found in a home in Cincinnati, OH. The chandelier begins with a canopy ornamented with grooved geometric details, coming down in chain to an angular loop finial. Below, pointed white glass panels surround a light which perches in the center of the chandelier; five textural arms extend beneath the streamlined framework found between the panels, each supporting downward-facing bobeches with complementary detailing. The fixture finishes in a dangling angular finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. The chandelier body measures 19-1/2” wide and 19-5/8” tall, and the fixture is 36-1/2” long overall.
