A gorgeous antique lantern, dating from the early 1900’s, and found in a church in Philadelphia, PA. Retaining its original brass plating over iron, the pendant begins with a pierced circular finial; a cluster of five curling bands suspends below and descends to form the chandelier's open framework. Nested within the foliate-embellished framework is the fixture's original cylindrical, frosted shade. The simplicity of this fixture lends it to work with a variety of styles. This light fixtures is in excellent condition, and the glass is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. The lantern measures 14” in diameter, 36 tall, and the overall length of the pendant is 55-1/2." This piece requires a custom shipping quote, please contact us if you're interested.
