This is a beautiful antique six-light glass chandelier with prisms, dating from the early 1900’s. The chandelier begins with a sleek loop finial, which perches above a beautifully molded inverted glass bowl hung with a curtain of spear prisms. Below, an elegant glass baluster with hand-cut details affixes to the fixtures platform-style lower body. Smooth S-shaped arms extend from the platform, each supporting a scalloped two-part glass bobeche hung with matching spear prisms. The chandelier finishes in a smooth glass ball. This light fixture is in very good antique condition with one chipped prism and has been professionally rewired; it comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19-1/2” wide and 34-1/2” tall, and the fixture is 54" long overall.
