A stunning antique gilded bronze chandelier from France, dating from approximately 1910. The light fixture begins with a beautifully detailed canopy, coming down in a chain to meet a volute loop finial. A cluster of beautifully cast, gathered "ropes" suspends below, the tassel-ended ropes descend to support the beaded crystal basket below. Three substantial loops extend from the beaded lower body and affix to a reeded arm; each arm supports a gorgeous petal-laden shade. The gilded fixture and its prisms are in excellent condition; the chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier measures approximately 22" wide (without the bulbs,) 34-1/2" tall and 45" long overall..
