A fantastic antique four light wrought iron chandelier, dating from the 1920’s and found in a home in France. The chandelier begins with an understated iron canopy, coming down in a chain to meet a small upper ring. Four chains descend from the ring to support the two-tier circular body below; each tier is composed of bands with twisted borders and curled heart details. Four hammered conical bobeches with ball finials perch around the perimeter of the lower ring. This light fixture is in very good condition and is missing one of its hearts, as pictured, and is hardly noticeable. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 23-1/2” wide and 20-1/4” tall to the ring finial, and the fixture is 28” long overall.
