A fabulous antique Art Deco slip shade chandelier, dating from the early 1900's and found in a home in Charlotte, NC . This three-light chandelier begins with an intricately detailed canopy, descending in a chain to an almond-shaped top finial accented with flowers and volutes. The chandelier body has three amber-hued slipper shades perched around its perimeter; each is ornamented with stylized foliates and flowers , repeating the motifs on the chandelier body. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the shades, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This chandelier is 15-1/4” wide, 14” tall (body only), and 29-1/2” long overall.
