Offering a beautiful, antique, colored engraving. This came out of my aunt's estate and no one knows much about it, so I'll describe as best I can.
The picture which appears to be on a thicker paper like card stock, is framed in wood and under glass. The back is sealed with old paper and has a twisted wire hanger.
The colors are, still very bright and accented with gold throughout.
The picture is of a Queen seated on a throne with a pair of black birds on each side. She holds a scepter in one hand and an orb topped with a Cross in the other. A young page sits by her knee holding a shield with an upside down black bird on it.
The Queen is not wearing shoes with her elegant gown. Instead, she wears leather sandals that expose her toes.
She is also seated on her throne in front of a curving wall topped by statues of half-naked women.
I believe that this is Mary, pictures as Queen of Heaven. She is wearing a blue gown, which is Mary's traditional color, seated in front of St Peters Basilica in Rome. This would also account for her wearing of sandals (humble origins).
The stylized birds may be phoenix which symbolize resurrection and eternity. The little page is an attending cherub.
The framed art work measures 10 1/2" X 12 1/2" including the frame.
