Here's a beautifully detailed and well made bar pin made around 1910 in the Edwardian era. It measure 2 3/4" long and 1/4 wide. The gold is 14K and tested. There are 4 square cut sapphires, and very intricate filigree work throughout on either side of the stones. Even the sides have lacy zigzag filigree work on all 4 of the sides. There's a good working safety clasp too.
The condition is very good. The gold is a lovely yellow gold color and the stones are a corn flower blue. The pin has a good weight as well. A very versatile brooch or pin to be worn straight across or on an angle. It gets a big thumbs up from me.
