Here's a handsome looking gold cased watch key / watch fob with a bloodstone mounted at the top. The key has a ring which swivels around the key to make sure it lays well. The key is 1 1/2" long and 1/2" wide at the top. It has nice weight - 7.4 grams. The key is in good condition with just slight signs of wear consistent with its age. It dates from around 1850.
