Here's a fine quality sterling silver spoon made in the early 20th century. The detailing on the Native American is so well done. He has a tomahawk, bow and arrows arm and wrist bands. a headdress and more. It's engraved Salem, Ohio in the gilded bowl and was originally made as a souvenir.
The spoon is 4 1/8" high and weighs 16.6 grams. It is marked "sterling" in raised letters on the back and has the makers mark - an S in a circle.

The workmanship is really something - a kind of quality we don't see so much today.
