Here's a splendid handmade Cartier sterling silver tea caddy with a carved pineapple finial with leaves. The caddy is 4 1/2" high and 3 1/8" long by 2 5/8" wide. It weighs 5.84 troy ounces. The lid is hinged. It is marked Cartier and sterling on the bottom. The condition is very good, and the overall form is very lovely. It's a useful elegant container for many things including its original function as a tea caddy.
