This is a lovely service for Six Vintage Silver Plate Dessert Fork and Spoon Set in Original Box. After quite a bit of research, I did find a site that had spoons with this shape and referred to them as Ice Cream spoons. The forks were to be used with Petty Four’s or cakes and pastries. Tis the season for such sweet treats and lovely service ware for your holiday table. None of the silver pieces have any heel marks on the underside.

DIMENSIONS: Case measures: 14 1/2” long X 6 3/4” deep 1” high. Flatware measures:Spoon is 5 1/2” long, Fork is: 5 3/8” long

CONDITION: I have polished the silver but as I always say, polishing metals of any sort is not my way to Zen. The interior of the box does show some age with staining but it still holds and secures the flatware well. The top of the box has 2 clasps to close it.
