I am so pleased to offer you this Late Victorian Round Picture Frame. It is a Table Top frame with very pretty fret work around the picture and a Ribbon Bow at the top. It does have glass. You need to “pop” the tiny brads out to put your photo inside. The open picture area inside the fretwork is 2 11/16”
