We are delighted to offer you this English Sheffield Sugar Bowl which is Double Handled and dates to the Early 1800s. Despite extensive research I have been unable to find the makers name. I have taken a very good photo of the mark, perhaps you know. This early piece has all the hallmarks one would want of a good piece of Sheffield Silver.
DIMENSIONS:6 ½” outer5 edge of handle to outer edge. The bowl itself is 4 ¼” wide X 3 ¾” front to back X 4” in height max.
CONDITION: As you can see the copper is showing in the high spots, from polishing over the 2 centuries no doubt. No dents or other damage noted. I have lightly polished it but polishing silver is not my way to zen so it could stand another polishing.
Payment expected at time of purchase for single item purchases - I would be happy to help set up a layaway plan that works for you and me
