We are pleased to offer this Coin Silver Teaspoon by H. G. Stone of New York, New York, made circa 1835. Hubbard Goldsmith Stone was born in New York, New York. 1819-1910, his work dates 1835-1847. He was in an active partnership with Stone and Landon also NY,NY 1848-1849. The teaspoon presented is engraved MAL (I believe) It is an early fiddlehead style pattern. Reference Guide used: Rainwater, "Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers," ©1986. I have a large and wonderful collection of early New England coin silver.
