We are pleased to offer this Coin Silver Child Size Fork in the Fiddle Head Pattern, it may also could have been used as a dessert fork. The mark on the back side of this fork is HB & S and BP in an oval . It looks like a British mark to me but I have not been able to track it down. The pattern is old, fiddle head. It came in a very large collection of early coin silver I recently purchased. I do believe this is an old piece. Reference Guide used: Rainwater, "Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers," ©1986. I have a large and wonderful collection of early New England coin silver. If you would like to see all of it, key in coin silver in the search bar at the top right hand side of this page. Click on Bonnie Boswell Antiques and my silver will all come up for you.
DIMENSIONS: 6 ¾” long possibly a child’s fork?
CONDITION: I have lightly polished it but polishing silver is not my way to zen so it could stand another polishing.
Payment expected at time of purchase for single item purchases - I would be happy to help set up a layaway plan that works for you and me
