Vintage Blue Bird Plate English Blue and White Motto

We are so please to have found this Vintage Blue Bird Plate it is English Blue and White china. It has the following Motto "When this you see think of me, Tho many a mile we distant be" What a charming thought, what a lovely gift for someone you love. The plate has a factory hole at the top for you to thread a ribbon through for hanging. The mark on the back is so muddled that the only word I can make out is England
