These wonderful Vintage Candle Shades Violet Paper are so hard to find, this is a 9 Piece matching collection. They are circa 1920s. I have nine, 9, original paper candle shades. Each has a green, blue and coral background with a lovely patch of violets in the foreground. They are semi-circular and flat. These are put together in shade shape and were held in place by small paper fasteners, whose "arms" were folded back. Although not marked I have found over the years that most of these shades were printed in Germany. They are circa 1910. These are very hard to find. I say that with confidence as a 35 year collector of candle stick s and shades. The liners and paper shades just did not live as long a life as the metal outer shades have. I have another group for sale at the moment. They are pale yellow roses on a cream background.
DIMENSIONS: 3" tall x approx. 5 1/8" bottom diameter of shade. They are not large
CONDITION: This group is in very nice vintage paper condition. I have shown scans of all 9 shades. Please use the photos as part of the description.
