We love this hard to find Vintage Victorian EAPG Covered Butter Dish in the Two Band Pattern. The pattern seems to have been made by several companies, Doyle being one of them. The handles and the finial look like a section of a split rail fence. The pattern looks like a chain of honeycombs. These old butter dishes are still to the day a most functional service piece on your table. This piece could be used in such nice updated ways, twinkle lights during the holidays and guest soaps in a powder room.
