We are pleased to offer this Victorian Majolica English Shell Bowl by Holdcroft, circa 1880's. I have collected majolica for decades and have always enjoyed this shape bowl from Holdcroft. The shell is a turquoise blue exterior with a gray with a lavender pink interior. The bowl sits on 3 small chocolate brown shells. Interestingly, Holdcroft made several shapes and forms of this seashell bowl. What stunning dining tables or Victorian ancestors must have had!
