Vintage Cranberry and Frosted Font Kerosene Lamp Converted to Electricity Not Drilled
We are pleased to present this lovely Vintage Cranberry and Frosted Font Kerosene Lamp Converted to Electricity which has Not been Drilled. This style of kerosene lamp is known as a composite, the font is glass, the riser is brass and base is marble. Composites make up a large part of the kerosene lamps folks used in early lighting history. This font is cranberry glass, the belly of which is a frosted with a cranberry leaf and berry design. I have paired it with a white vintage shade that has a simple gold banding at the top and bottom rims.
DIMENSIONS:10 ¾” to top of socket the shade measures: 6 ¾” tall x 4 ½” across the top x 9” across the bottom
CONDITION: the lamp as stated was not drilled so it could be reconverted to kerosene. The lamp shows well, is very pretty and is ready to plug in and enjoy in your home.
