2 Pieces Victorian Wire Slated Cooking Spoon – Skimmer & Spatula
I have a large collection of hard to find kitchen tools, implements, equipment that I am starting to list. I have so many that I am doing them in mixed lots. If you’re a collector of early kitchen items do take a look at my shop. There are some hard to find and rare pieces in this group.
This skimming – slated spoon was, I believe, made to use when cooking pouched eggs or other vegetables. Nice long handle and a deep bowl. You could, for instance, easily pick up a large beet with this spoon. The second item is an early wire woven spatula.
