Large chunky stone bracelets of this quality are becoming harder and harder to find.
This cuff comes from the estate of a woman named, "October" and she got it at a trading post in the late mid century.
Hand crafted, one of a kind and done with three side supports to each side. The cuff is wide and the stone is totally eye catching.
The stone is really chunky and high set, it's a very impressive piece. The turquoise is a rich to soft blue with a golden, milk chocolate brown matrix.
The silver is marked but not for sterling so it's been tested and is fine sterling silver. The back is marked A.B. Navajo and 76
According to October the markings on the outer edge's are symbols for a rattlesnake jaw and stands for strength.
The opening would can be moved to allow just about any wrist size and the cuff has an excellent balanced weight to it. The fine silver has aged with grace and sports a warm patina but if you wanted to buff it to a shine it would also look great.
The bracelet measures just about 1 1/2" across the opening and is shy of 2 1/2" across the inside, side to side. It's just about 1 1/2" Tall
A wearable collector's piece, sure to become a favorite. Wear this with a lil' black dress or with jeans and a Tee shirt!
