This lively chameleon is set with a beautiful mine-cut diamond body and emerald eyes. Dimensional and life-like in its pose, it looks like it’s ready to pounce, with the right two feet, front and back, poised in an upward, ready position while both left feet are positioned firmly on the ground.
All sorts of animals like chameleons, butterflies, bees, various bugs and insects were popular motifs in the Victorian period through the Art Nouveau Period.
Shimmering and shining with a coat of 79 mine-cut diamonds in 18k white gold, the creature is a beauty and sports an 18k yellow gold underside.
