This is a truly charming little plate that will make the perfect addition to your country kitchen or prim home!

The plate was produced in Staffordshire, England during the early 19th century, circa 1830. The plate features a hand coloured, transfer printed design. The scene depicts three ladies in a horse and sleigh racing another lady on horseback. We love the hand painted Rococo edged rim!

This is the perfect item for anyone who loves early children’s pottery. Please see our collection of 18th and 19th century art and antiques listed separately in our store.

Measuring: Diameter 6.5 inch (16.5 cm).

Condition: Very minor graze to foot rim otherwise very good.
