This ornate porcelain coffee can was produced by Worcester porcelain during the Flight Barr and Barr period of ownership in 1810. This is a stunning example in a rare and unusual pattern; we have not found another example like it making this cup particularly desirable for collectors.
The pattern features large hand painted pink roses upon a cobalt blue ground with extensive gilded decoration. To the base we find the impressed manufactures mark featuring a crown above the initials ‘BFB’.
This is such a decorative coffee can from the Regency era, the perfect piece for anyone who collects rare and early English porcelain.
Please see our collection of 18th and 19th century art and antiques listed separately in our store.
