This wonderfully decorative porcelain coffee can was produced by the New Hall porcelain company in England and dates to the early 19th century, circa 1810. This two hundred year old vibrant pattern was way ahead of its time; those Georgians loved their colour. One could easily see it now retailed in a modern department store.
The richly decorated hand painted pattern features a selection of gilded leafs and flowers upon a cobalt blue ground. This would make the perfect addition to your porcelain collection. Please see our other New Hall items listed separately in our store.
Measuring: Width including handle 3.5 inch (9 cm) by height 2 3/8 inch (6 cm).
Condition: Good with some very minor wear to the gilded rim. A small stable hairline to the base of the ring handle.
Georgian quality and decadence at its best...you will LOVE it.
