A fabulous grouping of little pups that are waiting for a new home. This rare set of miniature bisque porcelain dogs was produced in France during the 19th century, circa 1880. Each white bisque porcelain model depicts a terrier dog (possible a Maltese Terrier) in a different pose. Each of the dogs has been produced to an excellent quality with finely moulded details, unlike some poorer less defined examples. The cute dogs are tiny and would have been specifically produced for a doll’s house.
These four, four legged friends are perfect for anyone who loves dogs or is looking for a genuine antique accessory for their doll’s house.
Measuring: Width of widest dog 1 3/8 inch (3.5 cm). height of tallest dog 1 1/8 inch (3 cm).
Condition: The dog who is standing on four legs has a repaired section to its foot and has a missing tail.
