This quality porcelain trio was produced by Worcester in England during the Barr period, circa 1800. Each piece is thinly potted and has an excellent translucency. Each piece features the inscribed Barr period “B” mark on the base. The matching cups and saucer feature a rich gilt floral decoration on a dark blue ground.

Measuring: Tallest cup at widest point 3.75 inch (10 cm), height 2 5/8 inch (7 cm). Shortest cup at widest point 4 2/8 inch (11 cm) height 2.5 inch (6 cm). Saucer diameter 5.5 inch (14 cm), height 1.25 inch (3 cm).

Condition: All three pieces are in very good condition with no damage or restoration. There is some very minor wear to the gilding on the saucer and some very minor wear to the interior rim of the shortest cup. There is a small minor firing fault to the exterior base rim of the taller cup, this is from the manufacturing process and is below the glaze.

All three pieces will display excellently, they are bright and produced to an excellent quality by one of England’s best porcelain manufactures.
