Direct from France is this oh so pretty ruby glass, Napoleon III period cranberry glass scent, perfume or toilette bottle. This little honey was made around the 1870 period. It is a fine quality piece that just oozes French decorative opulence. It is the perfect accent piece for your boudoir vanity collection. Please excuse our studio light reflections on the bottle.
Having its original stopper with matching cut glass decoration. A small gilt letter D to the top of the stopper and number 6 to the base of the stopper. Number 6 in gilt also seen to the base of the bottle. Very similar to some baccarat examples!
Size: 4.5" Tall, base diameter 2.5"
Condition: Is very good with some rubbing to the gilt decorated collar. Ground pontil to base. Free of chips or nibbles just the surface worn marks to the underside that one would expect with a glass bottle of this age.
A truly gorgeous addition to your home.........
