This beautiful sash buckle is from the Victorian era. It has a classic Art Nouveau look with a gilt metal setting. The two flowers have red paste stones. The buckle is signed on the back with CR but I was unable to verify the maker. It measures 2 3/4 inches high and 2 1/4" at the widest. It is in excellent condition and probably rarely worn.
