This beautifully etched sash brooch was a staple for the ladies of the Victorian era. As this one, many of the large brooches were made to look like buckles and were worn in the center of a sash. The jewelry is still very fashionable and collectible today and could be worn on any piece of clothing! This brooch is made of copper with a gold plating. It has an etched floral design throughout the front and a simple C clasp closure. It is signed AP with arrow through it. There is very little wear to the plating. The brooch measures 3 1/4 inches wide and 2 inches tall.
