A darling miniature pin cushion from the 1860's for the collector of sewing ephemera and the collector of accessories for antique fashion dolls. This tiny one is a very unusual shape in a hexagon and is only 1" across. It is made with green and beige silk sided panels with a handle sewn with the tiniest white glass beads that I have ever seen. The beads are tinier than a pin head and sewn in place. It is amazingly made and in such good condition for it's age with no loose beads. What a darling accessory for your fashion doll to have on her dressing table to put her hat pins on or in a tiny sewing box. This was part of the fabulous Estelle Rose Johnston doll collection.
