This is a high gloss glazed ceramic pottery planter in the shape of a wishing well produced in the 1950s by McCoy Pottery.

This wishing well planter is in like new condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. It is basically perfect!

The Planter has the original chain that is attached to the bucket and the bar on top of the well.

One side of the well says "Oh Wishing Well" and the other side says "Grant a Wish to Me."

The mark on the bottom is "McCoy USA".

It is approximately 6" high and 6-3/4" wide and 4" deep. It is glazed in green and brown.

In April of 1910 The Nelson McCoy Sanitary Stoneware Company, located in Roseville, Ohio, was formed by Nelson McCoy and his father J. W. McCoy. They began to manufacture and sell functional and decorative stoneware.
