Billy Cain (1950-2006 (deceased)) Santa Clara Potter. Billy was the son of Mary & Willie Cain.
Pot measures 3 1/4" wide, 2 1/4" tall.
Signed on bottom as shown.
It is in perfect condition it has been displayed in a case since purchased new in 1970's.
Black pottery has been made at Santa Clara Pueblo for generations. Potters at the pueblo have been making black pottery since the late 1800's.
