Let the velvet voice of Johnny Mathis set the mood with his soft swing sound recorded with Percy Faith and his orchestra. Album includes many of his old favorites: "What'll I Do," "I've Grown Accustomed to Her Face" and another ten of his top hits. Released in 1957, this was his third album and the same year he first appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show. At just 22 years old when Columbia released this album, his career was well underway at a time when Frank Sinatra was already a star. Born in 1935, he is now 80 years old.
Album is marked Columbia CL-1078. Original Columbia Six-eye label (see photos). This LP has been cleaned, tested, and approved for your listening pleasure. Sounds great and includes a new sleeve. All records will be shipped in approved record mailers.
