Beautiful piece of etched pink depression glass from my grandmother's collection that could not be identified even by a professional. Subtle vertical ribs on the inside of the glass are 5/8-inch wide at the top and narrow to the bottom. The outside is smooth with the etching done in simple symmetrical lines. There is also a tiny beaded border just 3/4-inch from the top rim. Take a close look at the sketch of the floral design which is identical on front and back of the glass. Measures 4-5/8-inches tall. Foot is 2-1/2" diameter and the top is 3-1/4" across.
Could be a custom etched blank glass as were often sold in bulk to large department stores. This was common practice among several large glass companies from as early as the 1940's until the 1970's. No signature.
