Two of this trio of booklets are dated in the late 1930's. "Serving More Cottage Cheese" is dated 1954. The oldest two are "recipes and menus developed in the Sealtest Laboratory Kitchen at Radio City, New York." Full of helpful ways to control your food budget, menus, and recipes. All, of course urging you to buy Sealtest products. Recipes include baked lemon pudding, rhubarb souffle with custard sauce, asparagus sour cream casserole, creamed corned beef and noodles, scalloped onions and corn with special pages for children.
The one published in March 1937 contains Lenten menus, an Easter buffet breakfast, as well as other Lenten recipes. Lots of cottage cheese ideas in the third booklet: chicken-olive filling, kumquat tidbits, cottage cheddar souffle, and several salads and desserts. Colorful advertising pages too. Each 15 pages. All of them measure 7-1/2 x 5-1/2 inches. Insurance may be declined on this item.
