Comes with complete set of weights
From Paris, this Boulangerie (Bakery) scale makes a wonderful statement with its veined white marble and gleaming brass platters. Weights would be placed upon one side, while the other side held the goods to be weighed. On the apron of the scale there are two round windows showing the gauges. Wonderful as a decorative accessory, this antique French boulangerie scale will be a beautiful accent anywhere. It was fabricated by EB BERNAU, speciality Parisian fabricator of weights and scales as listed in the Annuaire et Almanach du Commerce, 1862
